These Terms govern your use of the Pawgress app and website. By using Pawgress you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You sign in to Pawgress with a passwordless email magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We may suspend an account if it's used to abuse the service or violate these Terms.
The photos, videos, and notes you add to Pawgress are yours. You retain all rights to your content. By uploading, you grant Pawgress a limited licence to store, back up, and display your content to you within the app — that's it. We don't use it for marketing, training, or any other purpose.
Pawgress Pro is a paid auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple's App Store. Pricing varies by region; the current price is shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Don't use Pawgress to upload illegal content, attempt to break the service, or scrape other users' data. The app is for personal pet photo journaling — please use it for that.
We work hard to keep Pawgress reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Cloud backups depend on third-party providers (Supabase, Apple). We may perform maintenance, update features, or in rare cases discontinue parts of the service.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account › Delete my account, or by emailing hello@pawgressapp.io. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.
Pawgress is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app — for example, lost photos due to device failure or service outage. Always keep your own backups of irreplaceable memories.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
