Pawgress uses passwordless sign-in. Enter your email in the app, and we'll send you a magic link. Tap the link in your email to open the app — that's it. No password to remember.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, the link may have expired (they're valid for 60 minutes). Tap "Send magic link" again to get a fresh one. Still stuck? Email hello@pawgressapp.io.
Go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, tap Pawgress, and select Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Open Pawgress → Settings → scroll to "Danger zone" → tap "Delete my account". This permanently removes your account and all photos, milestones, and data. Cancel any active subscription via Apple first.
Securely on EU-based servers via Supabase, with row-level security so only you can access them. Your photos are also cached on your device for fast access. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Sign in on your new device with the same email and your photo timeline will restore from your cloud backup.
If you've subscribed before but Pro isn't showing as active, open the app and go to Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases.
