Pawgress uses a secure cloud account to back up your pet's photos and data, so your memories are safe even if you lose your phone. We collect only what's needed to make that work: your email address, your photos, and a user identifier. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your account and photos are stored using Supabase, a secure cloud platform with row-level security — meaning only you can access your own data. Data is stored on servers in the European Union.
Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat, which receives a confirmation of your active subscription from Apple's App Store. We do not receive any payment card details.
Pawgress requests access to your camera and photo library solely to let you capture and import pet photos. This access is never used for any other purpose.
If you grant notification permission, Pawgress schedules local notifications (daily reminders, streak alerts, milestone heads-ups) entirely on-device. No data about your notification activity is sent to our servers.
Pawgress Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes all payments. We receive only a confirmation of whether a subscription is active — no payment details, no billing information.

Your data remains stored as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@pawgressapp.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
