Pawgress stores all your data — photos, pet profiles, milestones — locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. We have no servers.
We collect nothing. Pawgress does not require an account, does not connect to the internet (except to process in-app purchases via Apple's infrastructure), and does not send any data anywhere.
All information you enter — pet names, dates of birth, photos — lives exclusively in your device's local storage.
Photos you take or import are saved to your device's local file system. They are never uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, your photos stored within the app will be removed.
We recommend regularly backing up your device to iCloud or a computer to preserve your memories.
Pawgress requests access to your camera and photo library solely to let you capture and import pet photos. This access is never used for any other purpose.
If you grant notification permission, Pawgress schedules local notifications (daily reminders, streak alerts, milestone heads-ups) entirely on-device. No data about your notification activity is sent anywhere.
Pawgress Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes all payments. We receive only a confirmation of whether a subscription is active — no payment details, no billing information.
Pawgress is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we ever change how data is handled, we will update this page and note the date above.
